Agreement of AOFEX Savings

1. AOFEX launched AOFEX savings service to provide AOFEX users with value-added services for idle digital assets.
2. When the user uses AOFEX savings service, he unconditionally authorizes AOFEX to distribute and distribute the currency interest collected by leverage in accordance with the rules of the platform.
3. AOFEX has the right to change the rules of the platform and has no obligation to inform about the changes in the contents of this agreement caused by the change of rules. As long as the user use AOFEX savings service, it means that one agrees to this agreement and the  revised agreement including related terms and conditions.
4. When using AOFEX savings service, the user should abide by relevant national laws and ensure that the source of assets is legal and compliant.
5. When using AOFEX savings  service, the user should fully recognize that AOFEX savings service is a kind of the digital asset investment and has potential risks that may arise from any digital asset investment. Please be cautious about any of your operations.
6. The user agrees that all investment operations performed in AOFEX represent their true investment intentions and unconditionally accept the potential risks and benefits brought by investment decisions, including but not limited to bearing all investment losses by themselves.
7. AOFEX has the right to suspend or terminate AOFEX savings service. The user agrees that AOFEX can suspend and terminate AOFEX savings services at any time according to risks and its own business control.
8. In case of delay, suspension, suspension or deviation in the execution of AOFEX savings service due to network delay, computer system failures, computer hacker attacks, communication failures, network congestion, electrical failures, computer virus, malicious program attacks and other force majeure factors,  AOFEX will try its best to ensure but not promise the stable and effective operation of the AOFEX savings service. It should be noted that due to the above factors, the final implementation result of AOFEX savings service might be different from the user's expectation, and AOFEX does not assume any responsibility.

I have read and agreed to the purchase agreement of AOFEX savings service, and agreed to purchase AOFEX savings service. I am aware of all the risks and confirm the purchase.
