BY ACCESSING, USING OR ATTEMPTING TO USE THE SERVICES IN ANY CAPACITY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

Description of services

1.1 This agreement is made between you and AOFEX NEWS services. "NEWS Terms of use" shall mean AOFEX possible operation and services or one of its affiliates. "Users" refers to the person or organization who registers, logs in and uses the account, which is more referred to as "you" in this agreement. "Others" refers to subscribers and other users related to services.

1.2 This service includes but is not limited to news publishing and promotion launched by AOFEX. Users can publish news after you registered on AOFEX.

Account Registration & Requirements

2.1 You need to register an AOFEX account before using this service.

2.2 AOFEX will review your registered account details. You shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy and validity of the account you provided. If damage is caused to AOFEX or a third party, you shall be compensated according to law.

2.3 AOFEX reserves the right to rewrite the article you post (including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, etc.) and manage messages,interact with subscribers and launch commercial activities such as the number of subscribers and clicks on AOFEX.

Users Information Protection

3.1 When you apply, you may need to provide some necessary information, please keep this information true, accurate, legal, effective and timely update, so that AOFEX can provide you with timely and effective help, or better serve you. According to relevant laws, regulations and policies, please fill in the real identity information. If the information you fill in is incomplete or inaccurate, you may not be able to use the service or be restricted during use.

3.2 AOFEX is committed to protecting users personal information and will not disclose your information to any companies, organizations or individuals without your consent, except as required by laws and regulations.

3.3 You shall fully respect personal information and you shall not collect, copy, store, publish or use personal information of others in any other way.Otherwise, you shall bear consequences arising therefrom.

Standard News Contents

4.1 The contents described in this Agreement refers to any news that you create, copy, publish, and spread in the service, including but not limited to account avatar, name,text, voice, pictures,video, graphic and replying or auto-replying messages and related links, as well as other contents generated using AOFEX medias or NEWS service.

4.2 You are required to abide by laws and regulations when using this service, and may not use the service to create, copy, publish, or spread news prohibited by laws, regulations, and policies.

4.3 AOFEX is always committed to providing a healthy, standardized and orderly network environment for users. The contents that you create, copy, publish and spread using this service must comply with AOFEX rules:

1. All contents must comply with laws and regulations of the country where publisher is located and the laws of United Kingdom. Any acts prohibited by laws and regulations are serious violations and will be directly freezed.
2. This only supports the release of news in blockchain field, and does not support irrelevant contents for the time being;
3. This only supports author's own original article publication, and it is strictly forbidden to plagiarize, reprint, retell or clean manuscript;
4. This service supports objective and fair high-quality contents, refuses to slander, rumor, incitement and other acts of blackwriting and refuses malicious speculation without factual basis;
5. This service encourages high-quality original contents, such as projects depth analysis, personal experience, data comparison, etc., which are based on facts,objective and fair nrews.AOFEX forbids low-quality advertising marketing (including but not limited to marketing promotion, such as pompous slogan, link, QR code, WeChat, newsletter, etc.);
6. This service prohibits all acts that endanger AOFEX exchanges or users;
7. AOFEX Aisa team reserves the right of final interpretation of governance.

Rules for Usage of the Services

5.1The use of the Platform as described in this service refers to any acts you perform, including but not limited to registration, promotions and others.

5.2 You may not use services as follows:

(1) Submit or publish false news, or impersonate or use the name of others;

(2) Force or induce others to follow, click links or share;

(3) Fictional facts, concealing truth to mislead or deceive others;

(4) Infringe on the legal rights of others’reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.;

(5) Use account to promote third parties without written permission of AOFEX (including but not limited to third party links, ads, etc.);

(6) Use plug-ins or other third-party tools or services to access website and systems without written permission of AOFEX;

(7) Use AOFEX account or Service to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;

(8) Produce, publish, operate or practice to above actions, whether they are for commercial purposes or not;

(9) Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe other users' legitimate rights and interests, interfere with marketing or are not expressly authorized by AOFEX.

Account Management

6.1 The ownership of account is owned by AOFEX. After you signed up, you obtain the right to use AOFEX account. The right to use is only initial registrant and is prohibited from being donated, borrowed, rented, transferred or sold. AOFEX reserves the right to terminate this service due to business needs.

6.2 You are responsible for properly keeping registered account and password.You agree not to disclose your account or password to others under any circumstances. When you suspect that someone is using your account or password, you should notify AOFEX immediately.

6.3 You shall abide by the NEWS terms of this Agreement and use the service correctly and appropriately. If you violate any of the terms, AOFEX reserves the right to terminate services in accordance with this Agreement. At the same time, AOFEX reserves the right to withdraw the account and name at any time.

Data Storage

7.1 AOFEX is not responsible for deletion or storage failure of your data in this service.

7.2 AOFEX reserves the right to determine maximum storage period of data in the service according to actual situation, and allocate maximum storage space for the data on server. You can back up relevant data in this service according to your own needs.

7.3 If you stop using service or the service is terminated or cancelled, AOFEX can permanently delete your data from server. After the service is stopped, terminated or cancelled, AOFEX is not obligated to return any data to you.

Risk Liability Exemption

8.1 You understand and agree that this service is only a platform for users to share, publish and obtain information, You must be responsible for all behaviors under your account, including authenticity, legality, accuracy and effectiveness, as well as the results of using this service. Users shall make their own judgments about new contents,including the judgment on authenticity, legality, accuracy and effectiveness. AOFEX cannot and will not be liable for loss or damage caused by users’behaviors. If you find that anyone violates the provisions of this agreement or uses AOFEX services in other improper ways, please report or complain to us immediately, and we will handle it according to law.

8.2 You understand and agree that AOFEX reserves the right to change, suspend, restrict, terminate or cancel all or part of the service at any time without any notice due to the needs of business development, and users shall bear this risk.

Intellectual Property Statements

9.1 AOFEX shall own contents intellectual property rights (including but not limited to web pages, texts, pictures, audio, video, charts, etc.) and intellectual property rights generated by users shall be owned by users themselves or relevant obligees.

9.2 Unless otherwise stated, AOFEX's copyright, patent and other intellectual property rights are owned by AOFEX.

9.3 AOFEX owns the copyright or trademark and other commercial logos used in this service.

9.4 The intellectual property rights of the above or any others contained in this service are protected by law and no one may use or create derivative works in any form without the written permission of AOFEX.

Laws

10.1 If AOFEX discovers or receives reports from others or complains that users violate this agreement, AOFEX reserves the right to delete the account at any time without notice including but not limited to warning, deleting some or all subscribers, restricting or prohibiting all or part of functions , blocking account until cancellation and announcement of processing results.

10.2 You understand and agree that AOFEX reserves the right to punish the violation of relevant laws and regulations in accordance with reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any person who violates laws and regulations,and save relevant information to report to relevant departments.Users shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

10.3 You understand and agree that you shall indemnify AOFEX from company and company for any claims,demands or losses claimed by any third party, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

Service Effective & Changed

11.1 Your use of the service is deemed to have been read and agreed this Agreement.

11.2 AOFEX reserves the right to modify terms of this Agreement as necessary. You can check the latest version on relevant services.

11.3 After terms have been changed, if you continue to use services, you are deemed to have accepted revised Agreement. If you do not accept revised agreement, you should stop using the service.

Others

12.1 This agreement is signed in United Kingdom.

12.2 When this Agreement conflicts laws and regulations of United Kingdom, please abide the relevant laws of United Kingdom.

To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claims to AOFEX Prospect way royal oak industrial estate ,Daventry ,Northamptonshire ,UK, NN118PL,If we request arbitration against you, we will give you notice at the email address or street address you have provided.

12.4 The headings of this Agreement are for convenience only and no actual meaning and shall not be used as the basis for interpretation of the meaning of this agreement.

12.5 The terms of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable in part for any reason, and other terms are still valid and binding on both parties.
