- Over-paid: you can negotiate with the seller and ask for a refund or an equivalent amount of digital assets. If the negotiation fails, please provide the user ID, order number, contact information, transaction screenshot and other information to customer service officer.
- Paid less: you can negotiate with the seller and make up the difference according to the payment method provided by the seller. If you encounter problems, please provide the user ID, order number, contact information, transaction screenshot and other information to customer service officer.
