There are two types of withdrawal reviews: an automatic review and manual review (by our financial staff).

If your withdrawal amount is too high, our financial staff will manually review your withdrawal and confirm your withdrawal after it is completed.

We have a quite large amount of manual reviews every day. If your withdrawal still has not passed the review, please wait patiently for the pass.
