If you have any problems during a transaction, you can see the chat window at the bottom of order page and the “Contact Seller” or "Contact Buyer" button is on the top right corner of the chat window.
Click the button to communicate and negotiate with the buyer/seller. If you fail to reach an agreement, you can click the "Appeal" button on the order page, fill in the information according to the instructions and take up an complaint case.
If the order can not be appealed, you can send emails to aofex@aofex.uk. Describe your problem and provide us with your order ID, phone number and your name.
