AOFEX (Asset of Future Exchange LTD.) receives requests for gathering customer information from law enforcement agencies around the world from time to time. This document provides detailed procedures for law enforcement on how to process these requests.
Law enforcement and other agencies are often interested in two types of data: information about the identity of the customer and information about their trading activities. We are obligated to cooperate with law enforcement and other agencies. We only respond to enforcement requests from authorized law enforcement officers who provide proof of authorization.
The principles of disclosing information such as account information records to international law enforcement are the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
AOFEX (Asset of Future Exchange LTD.) requires law enforcement requests with appropriate legal procedures to facilitate the disclosure of information.
AOFEX (Asset of Future Exchange LTD.) welcomes law enforcement agencies to ask questions about their policies and procedures. Please contact us at aofex@aofex.uk.
