Asset Legitimacy Commitment

I/the business I represent promises the source and use of the entrusted assets are legal, are not fund raised in violation of any regulations, and meet the requirements of the laws and regulations of anti-money laundering.

AOFEX (Asset of Future Exchange LTD.) has the right to require the person/business to provide evidences of the legality of the source, use of the assets, and AOFEX has the right to investigate the source, use and legality of the assets. I/the business I represent is willing to cooperate.

I/The business I represent will strictly abide by the above commitments. If I violate the legal commitment of the source and purpose of the entrusted assets, AOFEX (Asset of Future Exchange LTD.) has the right to restrict the person/unit from withdrawing the assets according to law. I / the business I represent hereby take all the losses and legal liabilities caused if not abiding the above.
