Malicious Complaints and the Consequences

Two cases of malicious appeal are included:

The buyer did not actually pay or did not pay the full amount, but clicked "I have paid" and filed a complaint for releasing.
The seller has collected the money, but claiming that the money has not received, and file a compliant to freeze the corresponding assets.

Consequences of a malicious complaint:

If you make a malicious appeal, the results of the judgement will be defeated. In addition, the platform will keep the records of this defeat judgement, and publicize the defeated results. 
If the condition of the malicious appeal is serious, the account will be frozen.
